DESCRIPTION:This program, delivered in East Toronto, helps support your child before, during and after they begin school. It includes two components: Entry to School Skill Building and Transition Planning Supports. Entry to School Skill Building is a group-based learning program that runs for 15 hours per week for up to six months. Children attend morning or afternoon programs that target key skill development areas. Transition Planning Supports assigns a transition lead to observe the child in the skill building setting and connects the Entry to School Team to the receiving school and classroom lead to discuss transition plans. \n \n
